ECMPS Submission Cutoff Date Announced
As part of our reengineering efforts, ECMPS 1.0 will be shutting down as we migrate to ECMPS 2.0. Therefore, the final date and time to submit via ECMPS to meet regulatory requirements is Friday, February 13th, 2026, at 5:00PM Eastern Time. Please make every attempt to submit any reports required before this date and time. Following the cutoff, no reporting software will be available while we migrate to ECMPS 2.0. The expected outage is approximately two to three weeks, subject to change. We will announce the official ECMPS 2.0 release date as soon as possible when confirmed, but it will be no earlier than the week of March 9th, 2026. CBS will remain available through the ARP allowance transfer deadline of March 2nd, 2026.
After the migration, both ECMPS and CBS will require users to have CDX login credentials, an Org ID, assigned user roles, and corresponding CBS responsibilities. Users without these will not be able to access CBS or ECMPS. Initial registrations have already been sent out to Designated Representatives (DRs). If you have not received it and for more information, please read
this announcement in full.
