Clean Air Markets Program Data (CAMPD)
During the first half of 2022, the Clean Air Markets Division will release the Clean Air Markets Program Data (CAMPD) application, replacing AMPD as the primary tool for accessing CAMD emissions, allowance, compliance, and facility data. Revised Cross-State Air Pollution Rule
The final Revised Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) Update was signed by the Administrator on March 15, 2021. The rule establishes a new CSAPR NOx Ozone Season Group 3 trading program for ozone season NOx for sources in 12 states. Please note that the new compliance / allowance transfer deadline, which applies to all CSAPR programs, is now June 1, 2022. For more information, see the Revised CSAPR Update Website.
